Vacuum Marinator

This is my absolute favorite kitchen device.  This is a Reveo unit, there are a lot of equally good units on the market.

You add in your marinade, put in your meat, chicken or veggies, suck out all the air, which in turn opens the pores of what’s in the canister.

Since the pores are opened, the marinade goes deeply into the food you are marinating.

This is a 3 pound Grass-Fed London Broil. I’ll be cutting this in half, broiling half and smoking half over mesquite.
The Marinade is 2 cups of Malbec Wine, 1 cup of Olive Oil, 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder, 2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon or Mustard, 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice, 1 Teaspoon of Cracked Pepper and 1 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt.

This will be marinating for about 4 hours.
