The Perfect Steak DInner

It all starts with the marinade for the steak.

  • 1/4 cup of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • Salt and rough-ground pepper
  • 1/8 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup of Red Wine

I put this in a huge bowl and marinated the steaks for about 8 hours, turning the steak every 30-45 minutes. In the 30 minutes, I added the asparagus to the marinade. I wrapped the asparagus along with a lot of the garlic in aluminum foil and cooked until they were slightly soft. Steak was cooked on an iron skillet.
