Ribeye Steak Dinner

The star of the show is ts the salad.
The base is Trader Joe’s, Cruciferous Mix. I added finely dices Jicama, Fennel (Anise Root), White Onion, and about 1/2 Jalapeno. Dressed with Japanese WIne Vinegar, a little soy, ginger juice and ginger paste and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

Sweet Potato Mash – After boiling and mashing the sweet potatoes, I added 1/4 cup of Parmigiano Reggiano sauce from earlier this week.

Organic – Grass Fed Ribeye – cooked in organic butter, salt and pepper in a cast iron skillet. Don’t let the sear fool you…this is a permediummedum rare/rare steak.
