I’m a pizza guy…always have been and have always been leery of Gluten Free Pizza Crust. I am now a fan.
I bought this stuff from Trader Joes’
I’ve attempted making this before and wasn’t happy with the outcome. The first time, I just put the toppings on and put the pizza in the oven. Yep, I didn’t read the directions.
This time, I put the pizza on this thing. This is called a Presto Pizzazz Plus Rotating Pizza Oven.
Before adding the toppings, I cooked the pizza crust for about 15 minutes so it wouldn’t be as wet. Once it started browning, I took it off the Rotating Pizza Oven, added the toppings and then put it back on until all the cheese was melted.
