Pizza 3-ways

I wasn’t sure what I really wanted for this Pizza. What I did learn is that when you make homemade dough, before you start adding ingredients, it’s a really good idea to lay down some corn meal or grits after you get the shape of the pizza you want.
Once the sauce and topping are on, it can be very difficult to move the pizza from your work space onto the Pizza Paddle and them onto the Pizza Stone in the oven.
Still very tasty

Top: Red Sauce, Cappicola, Salami, Jalapenos, Garlic, Jack and Mozzarella Cheese
Center: Parmigiano Reggiano, Mozarella, Asparagus, Mushrooms and Figs
Bottom, Pesto, Mozarella, Tomatoes and Basil.
