This was a fun experience.
Earlier this weekend I made some matzoh balls.
The first batch that I made was pretty dense. I took these and panko crusted them
The way that you do this is to create an egg bath…two eggs, beat them so the whites and yolks are blended really well..add milk or cream if needed. This goes into bowl #1
Bowl #2 has panko breadcrumbs
Then, dip the matzoh balls into the egg bath and cover with Panko. Dip this back into the egg batch and back into the Panko bread crumbs
This evening I purchased an air fryer. I placed all of the Panko Crusted Matzoh balls into the fryer and cooked them at about 400 degrees for about 15 minutes (Golden Brown).
While this was happening I made a couple of different sauces.
