My all time favorite. I have been experimenting with small-batch canning and found that Alton Brown’s recipe is about the best out there (Food Network)
I made a couple of changes to the recipe. I added a tablespoon of butter, keeps the mixture from frothing over when it’s boiling and I added 1 cup of the brown sugar which gave it a slight caramel taste.
