Safeway has some thinly sliced Ribeye. I took a couple packages, put them in the food processor until they were coarsely ground.
Added my spices (onion, garlic, celery seed, salt, pepper) including a little bourbon, espresso and ground ancho chile. Mixed everything with a couple of eggs and breadcrumbs.
Just a teeny bit of heat but totally balanced by the balsamic tomato glaze.
