Being a believer in nothing ever goes to waste, I took a couple of leftover steaks from the other night and repurposed them into a very tasty Beef Stroganoff.
Ingredients
- 2 strip steaks
- 1/4 cup butter
- Medium Onion
- Minced Garlic
- Mushrooms
- White Wine
- Beef Stock
- Flour
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Sour Cream
- Asparagus
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
