Foodie Phil’s Au Gratin Potatoes

Au Gratin is a dish that is topped with cheese or bread crumbs mixed with bits of butter and then heated in the oven or under the grill until brown and crispy.

The ingredients for potato au gratin are simple, Potatoes, an onion, salt, pepper, butter, milk, cream, and cheddar cheese. Cheddar is the best, but You can also use any cheese that you love that melts quickly, like gruyere, Mexican or Italian blends too.
