Dessert Pear Pizza

This was a slightly sweet dessert pizza using some Sourdough Pizza crusta that I got from Amazon.
For the sauce, I used fairly equal parts of Ricotta, Sour Cream, and Mozzarella (fresh). To that, I added a little alternative sugar and blended everything in the food processor.
That went down on the pizza dough, I layered the pear slices and then added more mozzarella.

Recently I have changed how I cook pizzas and the results are much better. I crank up the oven to 550 degrees and after it preheats cook for about 8-12 minutes depending on what it is and the quantity of toppings.
