Chimichurri

If you do a search for recipes, there are a couple of camps of people…those who use cilantro and those who don’t.

The plan here was to make enough to can a bunch of these. However, I’ve cut this recipe in half for the purpose of the video.
Because of the Olive oil and the vinegar, this is a really good sauce to can and have on hand. This recipe gives you enough for a few meals, and this stuff can be refrigerated and will last quite a long time.
