I used a pressure cooker for the Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- Can of stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 yellow onion diced
- Garlic…lots and lots and lots of garlic
- Italian Spices
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 splashes of Balsamic Vinegar
Polenta
I followed the directions on the bag, except, I added twice the butter, 1/4 cup of cream and three types of cheese.
1/4 cup of mozzarella, 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar and 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack
Once done, I made a patty and placed it in the air fryer and got the polenta slightly crispy.
