Baked Koftka

Usually, these are made as Kebabs, put on a skewer and then on your grill…this is started in the oven and then finished in a cast iron skillet to get some tasty char.
• 1 pound ground lamb
• 4 or 5 garlic cloves – minced
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons ground onion
• 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 teaspoon minced ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
