Amuse Bouche – Sweet Potato Fries

I found thin-cut Sweet Potato strips at Albertsons.
I took a handful and put them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

While these were cooking, I took a small saucepan and added olive oil and salt, pepper and garlic allowing the garlic to fully cook into the olive oil. To that, I added a small handful of parmesan cheese and melted it into the mixture and turned off the heat. When the sweet potatoes were done in the air fryer, I add those to the mix and plated.

One bite goodness.
