- 1 package of fresh hash-browns (not the frozen ones) – SQUEEZE OUT ALL THE WATER
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Diced Onion – amount based on preference
Mix all together and form into about 1-1/2″ balls
I cooked these in the air fryer for about 15 minutes until they were golden brown
Served with spicy Ketchup, Ranch Dressing, Sriracha Aioli or your favorite dipping sauce.
