Ain’t no thang like a chicken wang…..

Perhaps the best chicken wings ever.
Half cup of olive oil, 1/8th cup of kosher salt., teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, lots of Louisiana Hot Sauce (to taste), pepper, garlic powder.
Marinade for 3 hours, turning every 20-30 minutes

Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. The salt and olive oil make for a very crispy skin. This locks in the juices of the chicken and keeps it very tender.

Server with your favorite sauces and garnishes.
