I keep it simple, but elegant….
A can of Albacore Tuna in Water
Mayo, a touch of dijon mustard, a touch of ketchup (the vinegar in the ketchup mellows out the fish taste), garlic powder, dried parsley flakes, ground onion, salt, and pepper.
Mix all together – add more mayo to get it to the consistency that you like.
Scoop and put into Endive leaves, add paprika, a touch of ground pepper, add capers. Enjoy
