The broth cooked for about 6 hours consisting of Chicken Stock, water, Onions, Garlic, Broccoli, Asparagus tips, salt, pepper, cayenne, and 5-spice.
In the last 20 minutes, I added some of the shredded pork from the other night.
The rice noodles were cooked separately and then added to the soup.
Once plated, I added a poached egg, drops of sriracha around the bowl, finely sliced raw jalapeno and a chive garnish.
