Life has changed since we got our pressure cooker.
Things like short ribs, stew etc., where the cuts of beef tend to be a little tougher, become very tender when you cook them a pressure cooker.
I started with Trader Joes Beef Bone Broth and Kosher Beef Stew Meat. I cooked this on high in the pressure cooker for about 40 minutes.
After releasing the steam, I added celery, a couple cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, chopped onions, celery, carrots, and potato and cooked everything on the lower setting for another 40 minutes.
I ladled out most of the broth into a saucepan and slowly added in Kruteaz Gluten Free Flour until it got to the thickness that I wanted. I then poured this back into the stew.
The biscuits were baked using this recipe
